Scott Fuller served as a featured speaker at The Twenty-Fifth Annual North Carolina Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference. Scott’s presentation was entitled “Suitable Employment and Return to Work in 2020.”

Scott presented the defense perspective, as a balance to the plaintiff perspective, on a return to work issue that can generate significant litigation.   The conference was presented by the North Carolina Industrial Commission, October 13-16, 2020, and it was held in cooperation with the International Workers’ Compensation Foundation.
