This website is operated by Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP (“CSH Law”). This policy describes our practice with respect to personally identifiable data that we receive through this website.
In short: CSH Law does not require submission of any personal information or data. We do collect information users voluntarily provide via forms and the calculator registration. This may include email address, company name and other contact information. However, CSH Law does not share any of the personal information you choose to provide on any of our forms or calculators.

Personal Data
When you fill out information on our contact section or through our calculator, or send comments, questions, suggestions, or feedback to us via email or through our site, we do not require any personal identifying information. However, if you choose to include an email address or your contact information, CSH Law may store this information and use this to respond to you or provide you with information related to our services. If you choose to submit any employee/claimant identifying information for our calculator, we will only store this information if you choose to send it to one of our attorneys. It will be deleted from our website, however, after you close our calculator.
CSH Law will not sell or disclose your contact information to any third parties. We may, however, very occasionally, send emails to our users regarding CSH Law updates and services. You may opt-out of this type of correspondence at any time.
In addition to not knowingly requesting or sharing personally identifiable information, CSH Law does not interact with users under the age of 13. We feel protecting children’s privacy online is very important and ask that you not submit any personal data involving children under 13.
IP Address, Browser and Platform
When you use the CSH Law Worker’s Compensation site, we do record your IP address to help us understand our visitors and better customize your experience. We do not record any information related to which browser you are using (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Chrome etc.), and we do not record your computer platform (Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.).
