Bradley P. Kline has been practicing defense litigation in the firm’s Charlotte office since 2005. Brad has represented clients in court, before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the North Carolina Department of Labor (NCDOL), the Employment Security Commission (ESC), and the North Carolina Industrial Commission.  The majority of his practice is spent representing employers.  A native of Charlotte, Brad attended UNC-Chapel Hill for his undergraduate studies, where he served as the captain of the varsity men’s swim team and competed in the Olympic Trials in 2000.  Happily married with two kids at home, he enjoys cheering on the North Carolina Tar Heels and the Carolina Panthers in his free time.
