Scott Fuller served as a presenter for the North Carolina Bar Association’s 2023 Workers’ Compensation Fall Program. The event was entitled “Claiming Victory: Strategies for Workers’ Compensation Advocacy.”

Scott presented on the topic of Death Claims, under the terms of The North Carolina Workers’ Compensation Act.   He discussed compensability issues, the types of benefits that might be payable, how to identify the appropriate beneficiaries, and recent developments in the caselaw.

CLE credits were provided for the program, and it was presented live at the North Carolina Bar Association’s headquarters in Cary, North Carolina.
